Show the number of times a Query is downloaded from the Publisher

As part of provincial data initiatives, we have developed standardized queries in Accuro for users to download and run in their system for reporting. As a measure of the success and spread of these queries we need to be able to determine how many times our queries were downloaded, giving us a rough estimate of how many teams are participating in the initiative.

Currently the Download Alerts panel in the Publisher looks like the following table.

I am proposing to add an additional column that displays the number of times an Alert has been downloaded:

This should be very straightforward to implement.
