We feel it would be very helpful to be able to add a formula to a template or form that would (for example) populate a date that is prior to a scheduled appointment. IE If a patient has an appointment Jun 30, we would like a formula that would pull the appointment date, subtract 14 days and populate that date. It would read You have an appointment on June 30. Please confirm this appointment by June 16
On a similar note, it'd be great if the Formula pulls the date from a band, say Cancer Screening Band, and based on today's date, calculates the difference (i.e. number if days) between the two dates and display the difference. It'd help the providers to know if the patient is due for the cancer screenings.
