Preventing providers from prescribing without removing them as a provider under user accounts

We have nurses that use our EMR in the same way our providers use the application.  The only exception is they legally can't prescribe medication.  It would be nice to have the ability to assign a provider to a user account but have the ability to toggle the ability to prescribe.

    It would be great if prescribing was a toggle we can turn on or off for users as a setting.
