I would like the equivalent of a Post It note in Accuro to post easily placed and removed reminders in a patient chart for the next visit. For instance, I have labwork back and patient is booked in for next week for BP follow up. I'd like the ability to have a vivid reminder to do a Framingham on her once I have her BP in hand.

You can use F7 for this.  Hit F7, click into "Your Message" and type whatever you want to remember.  Next time you open that patient's chart, your popup message will appear.  To remove the message, hit F7, click into the note and delete it.
