Display HST in Claim Details and on Invoice

Currently, HST will show at the bottom of an invoice, but I cannot add it to the line by line table.  This makes it difficult when some line items are HST eligible and others are not.

Also, looking at a bill in Claim Details, you can see the pre-tax amount and the total amount, but there is no option to display a column just of the tax.
