Card Swipe does not prompt if patient does not have same day appointment

PATIENT ATTENDING CLINIC ON THE WRONG DAY

When a patient shows up on the wrong day and their card is swiped into Accuro NOTHING HAPPENS. There is no warning that the patient is not on the schedule for that day. A pop up should come up and ask you if you would like to add that patient to the schedule. We are a busy specialist office and book every 5 minutes and it has happened on numerous occasions that a patient shows up on the incorrect day, they wait in the waiting room and then come back to the desk to inquire why they haven't been called. We should not have to check the traffic manager each and every patient to make sure their name is there. Thank you.
