It appears WCB is now assigning providers more than one WCB number. One for each location they work at.
Accuro has the WCB number added to the provider configuration, but this is not office specific. Seeing how this number is automatically pulled into the WCB invoice within the claims section we have no way to manually enter this.
QHR’s solution was to use more than one provider, our region does not do this because of the implications of having more than one login and more than one schedule per provider.
I’m hoping that QHR will implement the ability to set the WCB number for a provider per office.
In Manitoba Accuro build 2017.01.560 multiple WCB numbers can be used for the same provider.
