Ability to temporarily add a component to Form for patient specific requisition

Although Form Editor is good for setting up the default components in a form, sometimes a patient requires specific additional information (ie component) that most other patients don't need.  So instead of adding the seldom needed component as a default in Form Editor, it would be nice to be able to temporarily add a component "on the fly" while filling the form out for a specific patient prior to printing or faxing it, after which any future use of that form will revert back to the default set up under Form Editor.
