The problem is that when we type in the password, the characters do not show as only the dot shows on the screen - Most secure websites show the character when it is typed in, then it is replaced with a dot when the next character is typed in. This system is secure and easier as mistakes in typing are easily detected. However, on Accuro the character does not show - only a dot - but then trying again (e.g. accidental caps lock or num lock in place but unrecognizable, as the character does not show), we get locked out. This is a feature with the operating system, not Accuro. Showing the letter for an instant typically only occurs on touch screen devices; those using android/iOS. Devices with a physical keyboard (Example: Windows) will not do this.
