Show Which user booked appointment

Currently you cannot easily see which user booked an appointment for the patient. The only way to do this is by going to the Accuro icon, typing in audit log. THEN you have to input the day, the patient and run a report! However, you can easily see who created a document in a patients chart by simply right clicking and click 'view log'. I would hope that you can either change this so that you can do the same to be able to simply see who booked the appointment, or have that added to the appointment details when you right click and 'retrieve details'.

    Admin response

The user that created the appointment is displayed in the patient's Appointment History (F4).  Click on the Appointment and the details of the appointment, including the User that booked it, will display in the top section.

Thank you. I had originally called the help desk and the guy helping told me the only way was to run an audit report. We called back again after this post and got the appt view info the next time.
