Ability to add a quick note to documents in the virtual chart

Having the ability to add a quick note/update on the progress of a document would be very beneficial, especially in the case of a referral. The ability to see that a progress note has been added before opening the document would be great, and simply the ability to add a note or "post it" to the document would be excellent.
