Summarize long threads in Patient Messaging

If there is a message thread for a patient that is quite lengthy, it would be nice if there was a way to shrink the past messages to just one or 2 lines (with an option to expand) so that the user does not need to scroll all the way down to the end of the message to see the last message to reply to.

    notes make the chart very big. the same with labs with lots of tests in one.... need a button to say shrink all to one line or something.

    Yes this is much like EMAIL preview options in most email clients.
