Pop-Up Message for Specific Appointment Types

Certain types of appointments at our clinic call for certain actions that we require admin staff to complete before the patient sees the provider. It would be helpful if we could create appointment type specific pop-ups as a reminder for the admins. For example, a pop up reminding admin to give a nutrition screening form at the 18 month well baby appointment

    Yes, some appointments require height and weight and this would be helpful.

    I would like all the appointments of a particular type to automatically have a pop up instead of having to go through each appointment that requires that action.

    You can do this in the appointment window.  The box right beside the "note" field.  It will pop up when the appointment is touched (eg. ready to be marked as arrived.)
