Forms: transfer obstetrics history from old Prenatal to New Prenatal form

The patient's obstetric history is listed on the first page of the Prenatal form (AKA Perinatal, Antenatal). For a patient's subsequent pregnancies, it would be nice if their current Prenatal form automatically pulled obstetric history from the previous forms.

Workaround Attempts:

- I attempted to use custom lab fields to push and pull information from one form to another. However, this workflow was rigid, and would make it difficult to fix the inevitable errors.

- Alternatively, a custom History Band could be made called Obstetrics History; the Prenatal Form would be built to query this information. However, at present this would not work because the History Band is formatted in such a way that the information would not fit in the Obstetric History fields on the form
