Last Visit Report

A report that you can run, which shows the patient name, HC, age, last visit they had (Could also include a column for purging).  This report is very helpful for purging hard copy files after the required amount of time has been kept.  to determine if there are patients you could follow up to see if they have moved.  for updating roster reports, etc.

    Yes! We are dealing with this exact situation right now. It would make life so much easier to determine which charts can be purged. Yes would need to include age, and last visit. (unfortunate that this request was posted over 4 years ago - my hopes are low)
