Clinic phone number on Statement of Account from Reports

I would like to see a phone number listed on the Statement of Accounts that are mailed out to patients.

This would be useful so the patients could contact our clinic immediately if they questions concerning their invoice.

    Although you can't edit the details on the Report titled "Statement of Account" there are other ways to generate statements or invoices for patients where you can modify the details.

    If you generate an Invoice or Statement from the Private Billing tab of the Patients section, this Invoice/Statement is actually a Form that you can modify in the Form Editor. However this must be generated on a per patient basis.

    You can also go into the Accounts Receivable tab of the Claims section, highlight all claims and right click > Print Invoice(s) and this will generate invoices for all patients selected at once.
