At some point over the last updates QHR implemented a Modify menu when right clicking on a clinical note in the virtual chart. This allows users to transfer notes from one patient to another where they we're not able to before. We used to have to use the mass transfer tool to transfer a dated note.
QHR has informed me that any user that has the ability to create clinical notes will have this menu.
Being a health region we do not allow our users to transfer clinical notes as this is a major concern from our privacy department. We delegate this ability to administrators so any change can be monitored and tracked in a ticketing system.
We need to be able to limit who has access to this menu while still allowing those users to create clinical notes.
This was released in build version 2017.01.655, Fall 2018. A Feature Access permission called "Virtual Chart Modify Clinical Note" was added.
