It seems the Types of allergy reactions listed when entering or modifying an allergy don't encompass all the possible reactions nor do they only focus on say severe or life-threatening reactions. Yes one can pick "other" and add a note under "Description" (won't show up in Encounter Notes tab of EMR) or add a note in Comments (will show up beside allergy in Encounter Notes tab but it would seem better if there could be a "manage" option added in the pull-down menu so one could add a reaction if it isn't listed. This "manage" option is available in other pull-down menus in Accuro.
