Printing Chart-Immunization history/summary should be included in Med History Merged

Immunization summary is a part of the History band. When we are printing an entire chart, it gives option of including parts of the history band but immunization is not included as an option so chart print out does not have immunization summary. There is a workaround to copy immunization summary in the clinical notes and then include them in the chart print out but there is no option of not including all the encounter notes. In addition, it creates an additional unnecessary encounter notes just for the printing purpose.

There should be a way of including immunization summary in the medical history so it can be printed with an entire chart.

Agree: Immunization should be part of Print Entire Chart as well as appear in F3: Quick Patient Summary: Patient Summary tab
