In the claim detail screen can we have Live Birth added to the options drop down list

AHC will not pay any billing on a baby if the baby has mom's ULI. If we had live birth in the drop down we can select it while we are doing the billing. the way we have to do it now is time consuming as we have to create the bill, save & close it, find the bill in the claims screen, right click & select person data, enter mom's ULI in there, save & close. Multiple clicks compared to one at time of billing. Drop down request seems useful to me.
