Currently, there is nothing to stop a user from changing an email in the demographics when it is already linked to an email address in Medeo. This may cause a situation where a patient wants to receive secure messaging under a different email than was originally set up, and ask staff to change the email address. Then the provider messages the patient and does not know or notice that the message is going to the wrong email address.
Please pop a warning box to notify the Accuro user that the email address is already linked in Medeo and to instruct the patient to change their email address at ca.medeohealth.com.
