    Hello,

    The Reason (though not appointment "Type") does display by default in the Traffic Manager; your room configuration may have the "Simple" view enabled.

    This can be disabled through the following steps: Accuro Menu > Search: Manage Rooms > Select Room > Click the pencil icon > Uncheck: Traffic Manage Simple Display > <OK>
