opt out checkbox for newsletters, marketing materials

We send marketing materials and newsletters to our doctors, however, some don't want to receive them. Can we add a checkbox in the Address book that says 'Opt out from receiving newsletters, marketing materials' so that when we pull a list of whom to fax to they don't appear. We want to respect our doctor's choice by giving them an option not to receive marketing materials.

    That setting is located in User Preferences > Display > General >  "Only Show High Priority QHR Technologies Notices"
