Ability to print the quick patient actions screen as a CPP

When sending medical records, we are often asked to include a cpp.  Currently the only way to do this is by creating a letter and including the cpp.  We then have to generate the letter (to nobody) as that is the only to save it to the chart.  It would be so much easier to have a print ccp button or at least to be able to print the quick patient actions screen.

    would like to add "apply" to chart for time referencing and ability to omit sections (i.e. we record other demographic info in custom bands but do not want this as CPP
