Have show document thumbnails automatically enabled for all users

Is there a way to have Accuro auto enable the document thumbnails option in the Documents section? Having to login and set this option for each new user takes up a lot of additional time for the site.

There is not currently a default setting for this, no, but as Dave has stated above, copying an existing user profile when setting up a new user will retain all applied user preferences; just ensure that the 'Copy User Preferences' option is ticked (see attached image).

Alternatively, when submitting new user requests to the Service Desk through the Accuro Registry, you can indicate on the Additional Notes portion of the form which existing profile should be copied to ensure User Preferences are retained.

When creating a new user, do you use a template that you copy? if so you could have the template user with all the settings you like new users to have and start the setup with a copy. This should copy nearly all settings to the new user. (It doesn't copy the 'custom' quick actions, but the rest it does)
