Document Types and Subtypes made inactive or can be merged.

If there is a change in the clinic it would be nice to make subtypes and types inactive.  there could be a drop down where you select active, inactive or all.  This is particularly handy trying to correct a spelling error.  You do not have to scan the numerous types that you no longer use.

 

It would be nice to be able to correct the spelling and errors when they are found.  if there are multiples of the same subtype if you rename it to match another, that it would merge all the documents under the new name without searching by patient and manually add.
