Clicking the F7 key and then waiting and waiting for the information to open up, is not making the F7 section functional.
We've been using Accuro since 2012 and this section is only getting slower and slower by the day
this issue was resolved
was querys that were designed with the “Include in Tasks” box checked off was what was slowing down our F7's, once those queries were corrected F7 speed improved dramatically and resolved other slowness issues in our Accuro.
