Can we have a short cut for accuro notes, or have it on preconfigured actions

This will be helpful so that I do not need to click on pts then note, to write a note in pts file, Less click is better

Hello - Are you asking for an action to a specific Clinical Note template that you use, or an action to Clinical Notes which would let you pick which Note template to use?

You can add both to your Action bar.

For a specific Clinical Note Template:

    1. Click the Accuro menu, then type "Configure Actions"
    2. On the right hand side of the Actions where your Selections are, click the Plus button
    3. Select "Custom Letter Action" then pick the note template you'd like to use.

Here is a link to a 2 minute video with an example: https://vimeo.com/130383730

For Clinical Notes where you can select the template:

    1. click the Accuro menu, then type "Configure Actions"
    2. On the left hand side of the Actions, search for "New Clinic Note" then click the Add button.

Hope this helps - Please reach out to our Client Services team if we can assist further.

    Thank you,

    Shelley
