An option to mark a note as incomplete/compete (in the note editing window) so that you could generate a list from the day of all charting still needed to be completed.

Physicians often don't have time to complete charting right after every patient encounter. A lot of time is wasted going back through each chart later trying to figure out which notes still need to be completed. I know there exists a star system, but this still takes extra time/effort to go to the day sheet and mark this, and its hard to always remember. Its easy to forget to come back to complete unfinished notes, but if you could just click incomplete while you are writing the note and it was flagged this would be so much easier. Practice solutions has something similar that makes things much more efficient.
