To be able to log who has added a patient to the wait list, along with any changes to the wait time status. Any updates or changes could be logged.

This could be useful as we have multiple staff who have access to our wait list and cannot determine who had added the patient to the list, or for instance if someone is cancelled from the wait list we cannot track who had made the change/update to determine why it was done. This would also be easier than having to document any reason in notes. We can log who has added documents around in the patient chart, it would be beneficial to be able to view a log for the wait list as well.

Is there any way this can be accessible to all staff, this way we don't have to go out of the way to contact our management to check the audit logs?

    Hello,

Wait List Edits are tracked in the Audit Logs and can be viewed by a Systems Administrator by going to:

    1. Accuro Menu, select Users, Manage Security
    2. Audit Logs

Wait List Add Request, Wait List Delete Request, Wait List Edit Request are the Activities to look for.
