If that is the patient's primary contact, it does not show in the patient box. Right now it only shows home & cell phone.
You can modify the fields displayed in the appointment preview area of the Scheduler to include Patient Work Phone, among other things.
The Appointment Preview area is the space underneath the Search Filed in the Schedule that displays the selected Patient's Demographics.
To modify this space, right click in the area and choose "Options".
In the Patient Filed Options window that displays, select or de-select the items you wish to display.
Work Phone is available in this window.
Click 'OK' to save the changes.
If you right click in the box there are more options. You can also change the order in which they appear.
