You can add a patient's Treaty Number in ID Type, but there is not a way to pull stats or make a query builder based on their Treaty Number if it is listed under ID Type. A Treaty Number is important to be on labels for blood work, Rx for the pharmacy, and so on.
There are tags for Patient Alternative ID in the Label Wizard, Demographics Status Bar, Template Wizard etc. So you can ad the Treaty ID to any of these locations.
However, there is no option for the Alternative ID in the Query Builder as you mention in your description of this Idea.
In the meantime, you might have more success if you create a Custom Field in the patient demographics for Treaty ID, this way you can Query on the value in addition to adding it to Labels, Status Bar, Notes, etc.
