Appointment Popup Note - indicate time and date similar to a global message

When adding an appointment and would like to add an message to "pop-up" when clicked on, the pop up does not indicate the time and date when a message has been added. This should be similar to a global message.

    Regarding the Appointment Flag under the Popup Notes field, an alternate way to indicate the date and time is to tap F12 on your keyboard in the popup notes field to add your date and time stamp manually.
