We have patients and doctor's office calling to see when their patient will be seen. We have to look through the waitlist to see where and how the patient is triaged. Sometimes there are 100 names to go through. Would be nice to be able to search the name and find it quickly
As indicated in the comment below, you can use the shortcut CTRL + F in the Waitlist to search for a specific keyword like patient name.
Alternatively, if you search for the patient in the main Accuro window and tap F4, there is a Waitlist tab that also displays details about the patient's Waitlist request.
If you click on the first patient entry on your waitlist then click CTRL+F, a keyword search window will pop up. Type in most of the patient's last name and click FIND. Patient name will highlight in yellow on the waitlist.
