We are only allowed to bill a consult once a year. If we bill a consult again in that time frame there should be a notification pop up on the billing screen.
Hi there! You can set a billing rule for any of the consult codes you use. This can be done either by saying once per calendar year, or by indicating 365 days between the code. If you click on the target on the bottom left, and search Billing Rules, you will be able to create your rules.
