I think fixing this issue is a critical make or break issue for me. I was quite excited with the idea of automaticly generating letters with pre-inputted data, but there are always extra things to add to the medication list or past medical history etc during the process and the lack of a refresh button makes the entire concept of a template pretty useless, as the work around is very time consuming and slower than the old cut and paste. I spent quite a bit of time making templates, and now I cannot use them. I phoned the help desk today and described the problem. I was told that they are aware of the issue, but there is no solution available at this time. I do expect this to be fixed ASAP !
