We have a great deal of patients whom have been on our waitlists for over 10 years, a large number of them are now over 80-100 years of age. We would like to specifically target this "group" to search if we can remove them from our waitlists. ie: too old for a procedure or they have passed away.
Jen,
Sounds easy but it’s really not (for me). After query builder what to I select, what do I do? I have no clue as to what I’m doing, Could you please go on remotely and show this to me?

An idea for a workaround - You could run a query (Accuro Start Menu > Search "Query" > Select Query Builder (Alerts)) to find the list of patients that meet this criteria. Then you could open the waitlist, click the first entry and press CTRL+F and search for their names one by one to remove them.
