When schedules are fully booked you no longer have the visual reference of color or contrast to distinguish the individual provider columns when viewing the schedules in multiple day/multiple provider mode - it is difficult to see the actual columns (some providers witll have 2 or 3 collumns for the single day of patients) and when you have more than one day or provider on display it can be visually hard to follow.
Can each provider column have a designated a color or contrast.
Or even simple off set the color so that the different days or different providers can be easily seen.
Or a more defined border around each provider/column when multiple days or providers are open.
We need a thicker separator line to distinquish different provider's daily schedule from each other. When multiple providers are present in a day, the front desk schedulers have difficulty identifying which column belongs to which provider, especially if one might have multiple columns a day and they are next to each other, everything looks like endless colorful block. This causes a lot of issue because it leads to booking mistakes. Please consider this for development as it is visually helping the schedulers. I can see that this development idea is pending since 2018. I don't understand why this is not done, since the scheduler is a fundamental feature to any medical office, and this would help so many people. At the moment it is suboptimum, because the scheduler suppose to help the booking staff be more efficient, but at the moment it doesn' t support multiple provider booking visually at all.
