Currently when you have multiple offices in Accuro, even if permissions are set for the user to only access their specific office, they have the ability to search in demographics and load a patient that does not belong to their office. The chart items do not display in Encounter Notes or Virtual Chart, but the user has the ability to edit the demographics and add their own items to the patients chart. Clients do NOT want a user from one office to have the ability to edit demographics of a patient belonging to another.
