When you are in the home tab and click on the documents folder there is a list of all pending documents to be reviewed. When you click on a document, it will advise you of that patients next appointment. The only problem is, if that patient happened to have an appointment that same day, it populates as "next appointment: none". When really, the patient has an appointment that day.
This is an issue. If an urgent document comes in and the provider needs to see the patient urgently, they will send a message to the front staff advising them to book the patient an apt, when the patient actually has an appointment that day.
Hello,
There is a User Preference to include Current Date Appointments in Home and Documents Section.
Go to the Accuro Menu, select File then User Preferences (Or press ALT and type User Preferences)
On the Display section, check the box beside Include Current Date Appointments in Home and Documents Section.
