When using 'Message Left and No Answer' in Tasks, these should remain documented in the Virtual Chart.

They remain documented until you mark the task as 'completed', but if you look at the task in the virtual chart after it has been completed, it doesn't show 'message left or no answer'. It would be nice to have as the doctor has questioned previously what date and I time I called a patient.

    You should see all previous task notations in the virtual chart by clicking on the small arrow to on the right-hand side of the Task window, which will then list of the conversations associated with the task.
