Mac users cannot update their systems as accuro will not work with Mojave
I just went live with Accuro last week (ASP), and I am using it without problem on a MacBook running Mojave.
Any news on the Citrix issue interfering with Mojave OS for ASP clients?
I emailed your support team specifically to ask this question and whoever responded told me it was only a printing issue (which never worked anyway) so I updated my computer. I can now no longer log into accuro. This is by far the worst EMR I have ever worked with.
Accuro has been updated to support High Sierra and Mojave for clients with local installs. Our hardware requirements page will be updated soon to reflect this.
We do not presently support Mojave for ASP clients; this is due to a Citrix issue that is being investigated on their end. We are hopeful that it will be resolved soon.
