Increased functionality of the transcription portion of Accuro

I love the idea of doing my letters in Accuro, but the functionality is really quite terrible.  We don't need our letters to be fancy, but we do need them legible and formatted decently.  There is no ability to put spaces between numbered or bulleted paragraphs, for example.  There is no ability to put text into columns for space saving.  For me, this is the MOST limiting factor of Accuro, and one I would love to see improved.
