We have a pediatrics office, so most children have 3+ phone numbers (mom cell, dad cell, home, mom work, dad work, teen cell etc.). Home phone and work phone both have a text box next to it to identify or label the phone number (ie: step dad's cell or mom work). Can you please add a text box next to the cell box as well?

Also, would be great to be able to label which phone is which instead of simply "home, work and cell". if not possible, add another text box would at least help.
