Please reverse recent update that only allows 1000 results to remain in your provider inbox Merged

With this recent update, we have lost 1000's of results out of our provider inbox!!!

At out clinic, it may take 4-8 weeks for a patient to book an appointment after having the lab collected.  We were leaving them in the INBOX to ensure that the patient was contacted and an appt was booked.

We did not want to review the lab results until the patient was in the office, because if their currently booked appt was cancelled then there would be no way to ensure that the results were reviewed with the patient and abnormal results were addressed.

With the recent update, our labs are only going back one week as we do significant tests on our patients.  So in essence 1-2 months of labs are now in limbo, with no way of tracking or seeing who has unreviewed results, without scrolling through thousands of patients.

And we have opened ourselves up to liability as we can not track any of the abnormal results that may have come in.

Please find a way for us to have all needed results in our inboxes without restrictions.

Addition to the above comment.  Now for each result I receive I need to make numerous tasks for myself in order to ensure the results are reviewed with pt, whereas before the results would be reviewed at the time of appt.

    1. contact pt to book apt, if message left create task to ensure apt booked
    2. if apt booked, create task to ensure pt attends apt

This update has created SIGNIFICANT more work for us.  Updates should make our life easier, not more difficult.
