Please create a provider duplicate so that all Accuro has to do when creating a new provider or user is assign new numbers to the provider. This way the user in reception has all the same permissions. Or the provider has all the same permissions. Should create less chance for errors. Some of my users were set up as a power user and not reception. Was a big issue.
