Bring back the old OLIS query.

I find the new OLIS query function to be "information overload." The old query function had limitations but was simple and useful. The new function has too much information and is not user friendly. What used to take seconds now takes minutes. Please rollback the old OLIS query function while working out the bugs and getting more user feedback on the new function.

Thank you all for your feedback received so far and of course your continued patience. Based upon your feedback, we have made the following changes to the OLIS Query Results Window that we anticipate releasing in the next couple weeks. We will be reviewing the changes with some of our Physician users prior to release.

    Summary of Upcoming OLIS Changes:

    • Creation of a new “Summary View” for OLIS Results
      • The Summary View can be selected from the Query OLIS Dialog, and is selected by default.
      • The Summary view will display one row per lab order.
      • Lab Tests within a Lab Order, will be aggregated into a single row as a list, users can hover over to see full list.
      • By default, only the Patient Name, Patient ID, Lab Order, Lab Name, Observation Date, Test, Ordering Provider and Category column will be displayed.
      • When opened the view will only expand to the maximum size on the display, not span multiple displays.
      • Will have the ability to re-sequence the columns and have these changes saved.
    • Other OLIS Changes
      • The "save as reviewed" button will remember the last choice.
      • The Filter "Test Request Code" has been renamed to "Lab Test".
      • TheFilter "Request Status" to has been renamed "Lab Test Status".

The idea to be able to see results prior to downloading is good, but the format is terrible.  The results should be collapsed unless the user wants to preview them.  As it is now, labs are out of order, scrolling to find the desired result is choppy (maybe my internet speed), and extremely  time consuming.  Horrible!!!

There is also a bug...when you de-select columns in the OLIS results window, they come back when the window is re-opened.  Accuro usually remembers these settings.

I would agree the new system is too cumbersome. If we can customize I have no issues at all but then I would appreciate a tutorial on how best to address. Always in favor or new if it is better. For now would roll back the old OLIS and then perhaps follow with a tutorial on how to best optimize the new one. Dr david Weinstein

Yes. Please go back to previous version. This version is unusable

On behalf of Donna Brighton - there are too many rows in the new query. The old layout was much better because it was simple and at least you could see what lab results you need to bring in to Accuro. She would like the old layout back

QHR Technologies would like to thank everyone for their feedback on our implementation of the latest conformance specification for our Ontario Laboratories Information System integration.

We appreciate that the adjustment has been challenging. A representative will be reaching out directly to those who have voted/commented, so that we can better understand the specific issues that are impeding your day-to-day workflows. We would like to work with you toward resolving your frustrations, while still abiding by required conformance specifications.

This new system is AWFUL!!!! Do you not test things with clinicians before your computer nerds decide to implement them. RIDICULOUS.

This upgrade is terrible. It has substantially increased the time it takes for me to download labs and is not user friendly.

Since the upgrade last night, I am not able to retrieve any lab results from OLIS. This is severely affecting my workflow and is an issue that needs to be fixed immediately.

Now filtering by test doesn't seem to work anymore!! Please fix.

Horrible. Instead of making it better, like for example allowing to save favorite tests to retrieve, they have broken it.

I agree. The new system is not workable
