The 'New Conversation' button in tasks is like a "reply" button.
When a task is received that you need to reply to, click 'New Conversation' and enter your message.
You can quickly choose the recipient to be the original task creator by clicking the green button with a single person at the bottom of the conversation window.
This adds your reply to the task, and sends the user a mail message so you can carry on the conversation until the Task is marked "Completed"
It. Doesn't. Exist.
The awkward conversation box, while the task stays in my inbox, is NOT a reply button.
Please read my comment the conversation is too confusion not one can follow it. Would be nice to reply & it creates a new task!
