Allow for a Secondary Sorter in the Virtual Chart

Currently, a user is able to sort the Virtual Chart based on a single column, such as date or type.

For patients that may have complex histories or who may have multiple tests/visits occurring on the same date, it would be ideal to have the ability to sort the Virtual Chart based on Date and secondarily on the Type to make it easier to view what has been done for the current date (but still being able to see previous days information with a similar order).

Only sorting by date allows for documentation within that day (including labs and documents) to show in a different order than in another day since the order that these chart items where added/uploaded could be different.
