Ability to Identify Multiple Siblings or Children in Family History

For patients with multiple children of siblings that have relevant medical history, it would be ideal if there was a way to identify which child/sibling has which specific conditions. 

 

Eg.

Brother 1 has Breast Cancer, Diabetes and Hypothyroidism

Brother 2 has Diabetes.

 

Currently, this would look like either a single person or not proper identification that 2 siblings had Diabetes (as it would look like duplication if entered twice) or would require significant text entry in order to ensure that separation of histories based on relation.
